Software means the binary form of the Array Editor software available from davidliebtag.com.

You agree to not otherwise redistribute the software.
If any person brings a claim that alleges the software infringes any intellectual property right, davidliebtag.com will seek to resolve the claim by removing use of the intellectual property or by obtaining permission to use the intellectual property. davidliebtag.com will not be liable to you for any damages arising from any such claim.
The software is provided "as-is" and no warranty is provided regarding the software's performance, quality, or fitness for any purpose.
Under no circumstances will davidliebtag.com be liable for any of the following:
davidliebtag.com will answer simple questions and you can report problems. However, davidliebtag.com provides no guarantee that it will answer questions or supply fixes for problems.
This agreement will be terminated without notice from davidliebtag.com in the event that you are in breach of any of the terms of the agreement.
This license agreement is governed by the laws of Vermont and the United States of America.

Each purchase includes software maintenance for one year from the date of purchase. Software maintenance can be renewed for an additional fee. Software maintenance includes the right to ask questions and report problems. davidliebtag.com will answer all product-related questions. If a problem should turn out to be a defect, davidliebtag.com will provide a work-around, a fix, or a statement of a restriction. davidliebtag.com provides no response time guarantees but will endeavor to respond to concerns as quickly as possible.
This agreement will be terminated without notice from davidliebtag.com in the event that you are in breach of any of the terms of the agreement.
